It has been an unforgettable year and we can all certainly agree in one thing — our anxiety levels have gone through the roof and probably increasing as the holidays approaches fast. For many who celebrate the holidays, it is an exciting time to show all your loved ones how much you love them. But this time can also be costly, specially when you realize that your list of all the people you want to give, is as big as your house. 😲🤷🏽♀️

Our brain is like a muscle, if we train it to think that we do not deserve happiness, guess what? Then you will start to believe that you really don’t. So, we need to train it daily with healthy habits, and patterns to allow our brain to perform in its entirety. Watch out on negative thoughts and fears that limits one’s belief and hinder one’s progress. So, the next time you think negative, STOP, cancel that thought and replace with a better one.
Suggestion:
For the next two weeks work on how to master your mind. Watch an inspiring video, do some tapping, read an empowering book, or write out one, two, three or as many reasons why you believe in yourself and your dreams and believe that where your head meets your heart in where miracles will start to happen.
